DAY 1: Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN (MEALS: B, L, D) – 12 km trekking
DAY 2: GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN – BAN HO (MEALS: B, L, D) – 8 km trekking
DAY 3: NAM TOONG – BAN HO – SAPA – 4 km trekking
DAY 1: Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI – TA VAN (MEALS: B, L, D)
9:00 PM: Our staff will transfer you to train station for your train to Lao Cai or you will be picked up by a bus from the hotel in the Old Quarter straight to bus station Lao Cai, then transferred by bus to the hotel in Sapa. Reach your destination at about 6:00 AM on the next day.
6:30 AM: Early check in is possible when you arrive if the room available, otherwise we will provide you a basic room where you can have shower. Start the trip at 9:30 AM as below.
9: 30 AM: First of all, 12 km of trekking, visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority.
2:00 PM: After lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.

DAY 2: TA VAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SU PAN – BAN HO (MEALS: B, L, D)
8:00 AM: Breakfast will be served at the host family.
9:30 AM: You offer yourself a 8 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan).
1:00 PM: After have picnic lunch on the way, you keep on hiking to Ban Ho, the village lies within a beautiful valley, home of the Tay minority people who have their traditional house on stilts and we will spend the night here.

DAY 3: BAN HO – NAM TOONG – BAN HO – SAPA – HANOI (MEALS: B, L, D)
8:00 AM: Experience breakfast with local family.
9:30 AM: 2km walking to a very nice waterfall discovered and named “the Lavie” by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy swimming then go up to the mountain to visit a small hamlet of the Red Dzao people called Nam Toong, then get back to Ban Ho before get to Sapa by bus.
3:00 PM: Tours end.
You can catch the bus at about 4 PM or choose sleeping bus or night train at about 9 PM for the way back to Hanoi according to our staff guidance. Dinner will be served throughout based on your routine.
